It is designed to align operational capacity with market demand, enabling members to collaborate, coordinate, and scale solutions that strengthen supply chain security.
The Insider Group currently includes two active cohorts — Ecosystem Operators and the Buyer Consortium — with more cohorts to be introduced as the platform expands.

The Buyer Consortium is composed of manufacturers and corporate buyers seeking secure, verified access to circular critical materials supply.
Members participate in coordinated procurement pathways, forward off-take structures, and shared market mechanisms that enable recovered critical minerals to compete as reliable industrial inputs.
Through collective demand signaling and long-term purchasing alignment, the Buyer Consortium helps reduce exposure to volatile global markets, strengthen domestic supply security, and accelerate investment in urban mining and recovery infrastructure.

Ecosystem Operators
Ecosystem Operators are organizations that build the operational backbone of urban mining and critical materials recovery across regional and global supply networks.
They operate across collection, refurbishment, logistics, processing, and reintegration, enabling recovered and processed critical materials to move from post-use products back into productive industrial supply.
Through coordinated collaboration, these organizations help scale regional recovery systems, de-risk infrastructure investment, and accelerate the availability of secure, circular critical materials supply for manufacturers and industrial buyers.
